Smart balls are made to be inserted into the vagina. They strengthen pelvic floor muscles (PC muscles) which assists with incontinence as well as making your orgasms stronger. They are recommended by midwives.

A word of warning: some inferior quality duo balls have 'string' connecting the 2 balls. This is not hygenic. Ensure that you purchase smartballs that have an easy to clean covering between the balls.
